Join the Tennessee sector of the Southeastern Chamber of Commerce. This is a virtual sector designed to enhance entrepreneurship and overall commerce production within the state of Tennessee. There are training, workshops, seminars and networking events held throughout the state focusing on growing the member's network and contacts. Such programs and events are designed to increase bottom line profit and facilitate lead exchanges.
According to the US Dept. of Commerce: Bureau of Census, there were 100,607 small employers in 2006 in the state of Tennessee. These employers accounted for 97.1% of state's employers and 45.1% of private sector employment.
